EYFS at Measham focuses on building strong communication and language skills. We learn through a mixture of playing together, focused learning activities, our role play areas as well as exploring our outdoor provision.

This half term we are thinking about friendships and how we can be kind through our topic - 'Down in the Woods'. We will be learning all about the natural world around us through different texts such as 'The Gruffalo', 'Owl Babies' and 'Stick Man'. 

In Maths, we are starting to look at shapes and numbers 4 and 5. We will also be exploring seasonal changes, looking at light and dark, considering what makes a good habitat and learning about the world around us. We are excited to celebrate Diwali, Bonfire Night and Christmas this half term too!

Our PE sessions will be every Tuesday and Friday.
